For me personally as some who is in training to be a Ethical Hacker.....

i am backing banning FB.....not coz of the govt aspect...nor religious ones....

as FB has always carried messages from both sides of any argument....

what i actually oppose...is its privacy laws.....treating its members/users like trash.....

you can read their legal terms....once it carried a line called (roughly quoted) "whats yours is ours.....so anything you post can be used by us in any way we want...even if you delete your account..."....

besides dude...the "creator" (more like stolen idea) of FB..is quoted as saying...."these idiots will tell me anything.....easy money....i just have to tell others more carefully...".....

besides...i like the idea of something i use being as much under my control as possible....like Diaspora is gonna do....

FB friends are not friends....and if they are ppl you want to KIT...just call em or use emails....chatting.....meet em face to face....there are billions of safer and easier ways to do that.....
