I am running on a Pentium D 925,still good enough. And wont be buying intel next time since i dont like them as their Performance/Cost ratios are not the best.

But I need to buy a Good CPU cooler for my Pentium D 925,its running Hot. I am so tired of the fans running loud when i play 1080 HDs.

Can anyone recomend me a place to buy one at unity or somewhere (one earth :nerd: )

:oo:

If you are tired with the noise of the stock cooler then you'll run away if you hear the noise of a good custom cooler....i've never heard of using custom coolers on pentium D s...if you want to play HD videos decently get a good video card....

That cannot be, custom (From third parties like Zalman, Arctic cool) Heat sinks and Fans are better than the stock Heat sink and Fan that Intel gives you. Most are made of copper, use decent thermal compounds with decent thermal conductivities.

People who love the idea of 0dB computing don't even think of installing those stock HSFs.

My PC sports a graphic card with a GPU from nVidia, i have never used the on board video. Not very decent though, GeForce 7600, still good enough for me.wont be upgrading until new DX11 cards come out!.

Seems like you've got money to burn. (Your PC specifications)
