Male virginity cannot be identified clearly.

Some have skin which has some elasticity property. Which means their skin is stretchable than others.

If you pull the skin of your penis backwards, you can see that it's connected to the muscle by a thin layer. so during sex, or in extreme masturbation, you could rip that thin layer off.

Sometimes you get blood if your penis is still not matured enough to handle the pressure.

Some have stretchable skin, in a sense, their penises can bare the extreme pressure. So the thin layer of skin wont get damaged.
