this phase can be described as the development phase of sri lanka.
First thing first
Gotta settle those Tamil ppl who were rescued by Army forces.
Gotta make them contribute to the Sri Lankan Economy.
Develop Infrastructure in those areas.
Then should develop Road Highways throughout Sri Lanka.Like Malaysia did.
Involve those Army forces for development phase as well.
Should Finish Hambanthota Harbor as quickly as possible .And get the transition point away from Singapore to Sri lanka.
Develop and finish those Electricity plants.
ultimately get Crude oil from Sri lankan soil

If we able to donate our one month salary to that fund it's not enoughf for a broken leg or a lost hero live but at least we should do what we can do.
and the president ,sri lanka is a agricultural country yes. But there there are many ppl now who are interested in technology. so open you're eye on the
technology too. and we should use the technology for industrial things not the
war things. We are not china or America we are buddisht country with ethics.
