They needed to become a regime. Even among their own people. I don't see that as a Liberal concept. They never stand for their people. They force them  for something that majority didn't want that time. Plus, FORCEFULLY recruiting child soldiers and killing whoever refuse. Just because there weren't any reports on rape within the organization or its governance , can't accept the fact there weren't any. As I said, Since it was within their regime, evidence could be vanished.     </blockquote>
