first stage was a block 3 one ... there are planing to go for block 4 and 5 ones before the end of the year .. already recovered many first stages now ... no value of piling up block 3 first stages any more ..

fairing in the other hand can be reused in a block 4 or 5 if they can recover still worth some millions if i'm correct ..
but it's is just a try i guess .. they trying to catch it with a giant net in a boat
