I also know some IT firms and freelancers .. they said, they tend to block sites to restrict indian spammers who are begging for work (at least 10-20 emails comes from indian jobless spammers). At the moment our IT sector is doing really well and talented too but if this is allowed, thats it for Sri Lanka..
