Do u knw guys.....????Thrs a bug with win XP & Win vista 32bit...I Bought 2 x 2GB RAMs and I plugd them..(When am using win XP & Win vista32bit)...But it shows only 3.32GB..I confused:growl::growl::growl:...I thought the problm with da RAM..Then I google d@ prblm..after I found da problm with da OS..BUT in Win Vista 64bit it shows 4GB..Nw am using Win Vista 64bit...Have anyone met dis problem?????

it's not a weakness... thats why its called 32-bit... i had the same problem some time ago... only 64-bit can support memory over 4 GB..:yes:

    this is not a Bug 32bit OS's support = upto 3.__GB RAM to support 32bit applicaton
    64bit OS's support = upto 8GB to support 64bit applications
    this is a good thing..change your OS

    small correction,
    32 bit OS's supports up to 3.xx GB of RAM with up to 2GB of dedicated memory per process

    64 bit OS's supports up to 128 GB of RAM with up to 4GB for each 32 bit process and up to 8TB (theoretical) for each 64 bit process.

    I hav 4GB DDR2 & XP shows as 3.23GB and in Vista shows as 3.3GB. :(
    I know I have to install 64 bit OS due to PAE(Physical Address Extension).

    Nyway I don't need that unusable 700MB ram :P
