i just play 3 days per week ,2 day 1hr per day and other day nera 1.45 hrs.i spend just 4 hr per week.enougf time to recover muscles mean avoid playing in gym untill recover .i do my weight training monday , wednesday , friday and rest(rest means avoid from weight training) both and saturday sunday.warm up exercises and Stretching exercises also different for each workout and each person.i have to say just meet a well experienced and talented instructor said your goal to him you con success your goal.i too haven't time to kill from next week i have to work 24x7 ,nowadays and last 1yr i do a one of super hardest physical training in the world 3hr to 8hr per day in hole week.
