From what you say, I suppose you have a Single public IP setup, maybe ADSL ? and your router is NATing your PC & Laptop to access the web and its also doing a port forwarding to allow the web to access your web server ?In such a setup if you try to access  the public IP from your laptop/PC, It'll send you to the Router instead of your internal webserver. This is expected behaviour.</blockquote>
