What is the best Android smart phone around Rs 50k ?

Sony Xperia Acro S

Any other suggestions ? I'm interested on S4 mini duos. S3 seems big and Duos will come in handy. But price is about Rs 57k and specs are lower than S3. I like Nexus 4 but no one sells it here (Etisalat selling it for overprice http://www.etisalat.lk/personal/devices/smartphones/lg-nexus4/).
