Neither russia nor china
If u wanna go for a private medical school the best in the region is a Nepali one but its really expensive. In the whole world, I think UK, USA, Cuba & Japanese are really good but Japanese will be in Japanese language!- a problem then!
Chinese will be bit better than Russian ones!
( BTW 2 of Sri lankan medical faculties too consider as very good institutions among the others in the world!)
on the other hand the Russian ones will be less costlier than the other countries! -
