what is the best gym

    How do you define 'best'?. If you can afford 50-60k per year there are pretty good places like Gymkhana etc. If you are looking to do it on your own (i.e. can't/don't wanna afford a personal trainer) there are places like Royal College gym which is going around 15k per year.

    So to answer your question, I would say pay a gym like gymkhana and get a good personal trainer. He will guide you through all sorts of shit and will motivate you through hard plateaus. Let us know you budget so that the answers can be aimed at your requirement.

    There are lots of things you need to consider before paying the gym dues. :D

    actually my budget is like Rs.2000 or below per month.. doctor asked me to reduce my weight by 20kg :no: how about gymkhana? where's it? is that place good for girls???

    So you just want to do cardio and loose weight right?I don't think it's possible to go below 2000.There are cheap places.But why don't you buy some cardio machine and do it at home.You can buy one for like 15000.If you want to loose weight you have to do cardio at gym at least 3 days per week.
