    24 Hour on line thiyena shut down karanne nathi PC ekakata galapena OS eka mokakda ban? mage thiyenne ehema ekak :D
    no matter linux or windows, tell me what is the most suitable. System requirement is not a problem :cool:

    xp not stable for long time


    some time s , my pc runing whole week without restarting ...

    Windows server nuth stable, habai ithin Linux dala okkoma weda karaganna dannawanam daanna, but if you are more familiar with Windows then dont put Linux just for stability, WIndows server is as stable as Linux if you only run server oriented tasks and don't install all sorts of drivers and unnecessary applications. more than 80% of Windows crashes are due to Driver and Application bugs !

    In my server I dont have any 3rd party drivers installed, only the default drivers . It never crashed for almost 2 years now. And I run it for months at a time without even rebooting!

    i'm not an expert on this but i think you should go for a server os as someone else pointed out.
