What is the POP and SMTP address of SLT Mail?

Hey can please somebody give me the POP and SMTP addresses of SLT Mail??
Its Urgent! Please help! And please if u know any other instructions on how to configure and any extra settings i should make (if there are any ports or anything!) please tell me that too... Thanx in advance
