Sri lankans are not serious about anything they do. For real, look at movies we make..they are always satisfied by the bare minimum.
Look at a dancing team - only the first few in the front line dances properly. Others are there to fill up the gaps. Even the audience doesn't care, nobody gives a shit.
Look at doctors - go to a doc and tell you have a broken arm, but you can work fine - they don't care at all. As long you are alive, then fine.
Look at the transportation - people can be transported into Lorry bodies converted to buses..good enough.
Look at politics - deliver nothing..just keep telling the same shit and people would be happy.
And yet here, you are worried about cricket
the same thing happened to it. They don't care about quality. Play cricket, make some money.. invest them and live happily. No one has the passion for it.
We didn't become weak..other teams became strong. That's what happened.

May be have to change the policy of paying them. When they are paid for just participating the match, they do not have the commitment to win. May be paid much after win and do not pay for the loss make a change.
Anyway we are talking about the business policies about a company. If company is profitable somehow, they do not care the other things. Any company focus on the income than everything else. When Sri Lanka Cricket earns much without winning they don't want trying to win.
They do not want to win against powerful countries. Just keep playing with low level teams to keep the fan base.
