Baby gal , when she becomes almost like 1.5 years , she understands things like carings and bearings than a baby guy..Women are natural managers. They multitask all the time. They manage the  house, the domestic help, the children, often in laws and yet take out  take out time to teach the children and spend time with their husbands.  In addition they are often working as well. And during all this they  know exactly what their kids are doing, what needs to be cooked for  dinner, how many days the maid has worked for, what the price of onions  is…etc. So women are natural managers…most of them just don’t know it.</blockquote>
