CPE : Customer Premises Equipment, I think in this case it is the Modem/router and whatever other devices they install at your place.

Not sure, but it seems so..., even with SLT have to pay extra if you buy the modem from them.

It could also mean CERTIFICATE of PROFICIENCY in ENGLISH, however, in this particular case OptiplexFx description applies

Maybe the term "Modem" is not used, but you still need a Wimax adapter to get Wimax access (Wimax is not same as WiFi). However, some new notebooks have built-in WiMax adapters, but if you don't have one of those then you need to buy an adapter/modem or whatever they are called. Maybe Dialog installs an antenna with the adapter or they give some sort of a portable device (like the HSDPA modem for mobile broadband cons)... Don't know all the details.. sorry.

Why don't you call dialog ? They'll tell you exactly what you need and how much you have to pay.

Aiyoo.. Wimax ganna kathawa, dialog customer support ekata kathakaraganna silli naa. . Spend few bucks and call them with what ever phone you have.. You dont have to have a dialog SIM to call their customer service , you know
