Xteq X-setup no nonsense windows tweaking Utility, if u have no idea what this is google it lol, u can tweak almost 2000 settings with it but it wont do it for u and mess ur system up like so many other Softwares, u have to know what ur doing to use this. and u can make ur own tweaks using VB script and download new ones from the site..

For easy to use and the best is I think Advanced Windowscare V2 Pro.... The free version (Personal) of it would be fine too.

Auslogics BoostSpeed is da best, Very use full. Has a lot of cool tweaks for Vista and XP.

My opinion is that none of them work, and they can give more trouble than what you already have. Just keep junk away from your PC and it will work at top notch.

never use those softwares... but I use microsoft bootvis tool ...
it gives significient improvement to reduse booting time

yeah most of it is pure junk...yes Tuneup utilities is junk....X-setup is not a automated system tweaking software think of it as a extended control panel, to tweak all the settings of ur os like Gentoo linux do with linux distros, and Tweaking can make ur PC run faster if u know what ur Doing, Anusha no i dont agree with u on the fact that Windows DOES NOT RUN TOP NOTCH with the default installation, i know this as a fact, i allways use a custom set of tweaks i constructed over the time my self for my taste every time i install a fresh copy of windows. what im saying is Dont trust ur selves to automated tweaking software, cuz most of the times all they do is screwing ur system up.
