Wheat Flour is some thing what we use for Rotty..Which is imported from USA.
(I'm not talking about whole or aata flour)
Brown Rice flour is the one we use when we do Puttu or Idiyappam
I always prefer the wheat over Rice flour because of it protein content and taste. But i heard people telling Brown rice flour is better than wheat flour. They say wheat flour cause diabetes and arthritis. I know all flour contain glucose. I want to know how wheat flour become worse than Rice flour if they are correct. Does wheat flour having any thing which increase the chance of diabetes and arthritis? If you say certain nutritions are absent in wheat flour thats ok for me.. Still i can get them from other sources right?
