when i restart comp.. Windows loading goes to a black screen..what's wrong??

When I restart my computer it shows the Windows loading and then when its done loading it goes to a black screen and just stays there. Does anyone know what's wrong?

There may be several reasons... first of all reset your mother board's bios seatings. then check.. if the problem still exist then try with another vga card..
