Where can I obtain a degree in graphics designing (in sri lanka)

I'm Themiya and I'm new to this community..I got to know about the site from one of my pals..

Well I'm asking help from nice people here.Is there any university or an Insitute where I can get an Recognized degree in graphics designing or 3d?

Can anyone provide me sufficient details about any?

Pls help me everyone. B'cuz this thing is going to decide my future.

Other than that, I don't know a place to get a Degree in Graphics Designing machang.
