I think I put the question into the wrong place.
This is why I was afraid to ask this in public. In 70s and 80s the society is different than now. And there is a fact that not all the people same.
Btw, Srilankan are always the same. It’s really hard to ask for a help. Many know how to came up with their points of view when someone in trouble and asked for a help. So it really doesn’t help to anyone at last.

3. Fill out & Sign in front of him all the documents.

4. Then goto police and get a police record.

5. Then goto Provincial Council and submit all & get a ticket to get a condom

6. Then goto nearest hospital with ur father & submit the ticket to get the condom.

7. Then go back to a JP and sign to release the condom

in a nutshell, I/we heard, but not awared about family planing as we should have in new era. It may be our fault, but always there should be second chance to gain knowledge. Elakiri and many good people here gave us this opportunity.
