Although I can't be 100% sure, I vaguely remember the main lead being "Aaron Ashmore" or "Shawn Ashmore". <ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">The main lead is a college student who is a good racer who had won some kind of an important cup related to Drag Racing. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">He was sent to live with his father, a former Racer and now a mechanic, in a new town and a new school. Not "Tokyo Drift" this happens in America. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">So the usual, he meets a girl and a jerk who wants him out. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">After a party they get into a fight and race (more like a chase) across town. The leads father and his friend who is also the kids teacher (black dude) having a drink in a diner sees them racing. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Finally the kids past as a racer is revealed and he wants to enter a Drag Racing Cup. But his father doesn't agree at first but lets him later. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Also the dad has an old Red racing car and he sells it for his kid. </li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">The final race is between the lead and the jerk whose father is the leads fathers old rival. So the jerk gets into an accident and the lead pulls him out of the car as it burns. The End.          </li> </ul></blockquote>
