through a glass darkly ...really a thoughtful and interesting movie that leaves you to tie up its loose ends on your own . .I'm right now confused as to if bro and sis totally did it or if bro was gay lol..

emotional hell
it's either this or that ..not both ..

i think both of them were obsessed with each other..remember the scene the guy was looking at some porn magazine ? he tells his sister that they do nothing for him which would at that point imply him being gay..but considering many things like that siblings grew up without a mother and their father didn't care much i think siblings musta developed some sorta more than love thing between them ..that's why bro is so worried about everything ..and that could also be why she is unable to have a physical relationship with her husband which on the other hand is possible and very much done with her bro..according to me also they do something horrible in the boat. ..now that i think about it, both of them seemed a lot confused. the movie was a hell of a good character study..i must see this again.

yeah that makes sense...he is gay anyway..i'm sure of that...
btw do u hav any idea why his dad was upset at the end of the play..?? that got me a bit confused too..
and yeah..i too am gonna watch this again..bt after watchin Wild Strawberries that is..still cudnt watch it...

ya i think they did!!!
movie is about bergman's uncertainty of God

yeah...cudnt watch the last though.." The Silence "...must watch it..

    i don't think he's gay at all ..:)

hmm not really ..may be cos it reminded him of his dead wife whose death didn't bother him much for his artistic success...remember how his sun in the play refuse the ghost's love to pursue his art career.

wild strawberries is on my top 10

it was a birthday present :)

    that's kinda sad..
avatar is the best movie for most of people in the world, since they haven't watch may be 15-25 Hollywood movies for their entire life time.:sorry:
Honestly for me it didn't have any depth.movie is good but not great.
One girl told me she cried when movie finishes ..:D she said it was touching..ya it was..but not for me.

I believe Cameron's ,hugely underated The abyys (until 2 hours 43 min director's cut came out)is way better than Avatar.

Watched the man from earth. Having a brief idea about the film at first (friend spoilers ftl), I expected that to have scenes referring to each and every major periods like World wars, making pyramids and all, had a "the cake is a lie" feeling when the movie started. But turns out that I just watched a simply brilliant movie that made me think about lots of things in such a little time. Very thoughtful.

    Highly recommend to watch this.
