Too much silly romance destroyed it altogether in the end!!.Otherwise this film was immaculately directed and consists of superb cinematography.

I've seen the 2008 tv version of this,It wasnt too bad typical BBC period drama.

Street kings ...not a perfect movie, flawed yet very entertaining even though the outcome was pretty obvious. and ..thank goodness keanu reeves is pretty lol he acts like he's bored outa his mind...whitaker was ok ..didnt have much screen time though i didn't even worry about hugh laurie not having much screen time cos he was only being dr house again.

Boobs, booty and extremely bad sword fighting.
however it does nod at Sergio Leone and Jap samurai blood fest movies.
A for the actual effort of making such a movie with what looks like pocket money.
