Unattended Windows XP setups are becoming very popular popular. You create an answer file (in WinXP, it's winnt.sif in i386 folder) and everything will be auto completed at the setup time. You don't have to be present while you install Windows.

Further, you can integrate service packs, update packs, drivers and even software into the Windows setup and they will be installed along with the Windows setup.

You can move the default folder paths of C:\Program Files and C:\Documents and Setting to separate partitions/directories at the install time.

So, how many of you use a Windows (XP) CD like that?

I had several ones for XP. But none for Vista at this point. I don't think I will need one, at least until we see a service pack for Vista.

Still nope. But is it worth?
You have to make that decision yourself.

You can integrate all the driver for your hardware, so you don't have to install them after installing Windows.
You can add registry entries to customize the default look and feel of Windows XP.
etc....
