There are brilliant academics and top class PhD research students who can be easily put to task with the funding.Vaccine production itself is not that difficult once you purchase the initial equipment. These days suspension cell lines are used in large bioreactors. These and the ancillary equipment are very expensive. The production itself is quite complex process, involving multiple steps and components, and it's vital that contamination is prevented at each step.When we are begging for funds to buy vaccines, who would think we can invest in vaccine production. Unless someone is prepared to loan us the technology.</blockquote>
