You have bad eyes. She is wearing a dark gray short.

If it's not, we would be able to see her skin color but instead we see Dark Gray short

You can import the picture into Photoshop and use color picker to test the color

I measured it using her height. it exposed lot of thigh and the next thing I knew is that it's a panty.
