If you are downloading a file list then you can resume the list while keeping the downloaded parts. But cant resume in middle of a part.
But why paying for resume when a part is around 100MB.

This will work with premium account holders too machan. Then it will allow parallel downloads and other features. Put your premium info to the software and tick as premium.

Other than that you can use this software with megaupload and many other file sharing sites to download for free.
