What is the necessary of granting leaves for whole government sector for presidents 2nd ceremonial inauguration. These are not so special ceremonies to celebrate in this way.  Either Developed countries gov. not interfering there trade fellow mans to stop there operations due to any circumstance. Let the ceremony happen but I can't see any necessity of granting leaves and requesting it to do for public sectors.  What you all guys thinking of this. As a Gov. must take necessary actions improve efficiency of workers. No matter weather they Gov. or Private.
