Because if you practice Islam you can not be gay. You can not go to prostitutes.How people get infected.  HIV infections via blood transfusion is there. HIV infection using Drugs using same needle or shaving using same razor is there.HIV infection via Adultery such as gay , bisexual , prostitution is much higher than the rest. Muslim people are less likely to be commuting adultery then the rest. That does not mean Muslims do not commit adultery. Some do but they are very few. compared to whole of population. In some christian countries HIV is well beyond 50% of  population. That is why you see grand parents are taking care of the grand children in Africa. In Botswana you cannot go to public hospitals because of HIV. Where you have to go to private. There is lots of Sri Lankans there check with them .</blockquote>
