Tamil to be official language for administration purposes in north and east (Which will force the other communities to work in Tamil) 2. Immigration to North and East to be restricted (this was clearly done to restrict Sinhalese and other Minorities to be settled in the areas, which will further nourish their separate motherland claim in future) 3. More powers to be given away to regional councils (Tamil politicians were not at all interested of a Federal concept as it would be governed by Sinhalese)Sri Lankan politicians were not at all brillient either but even a scarecrow could see what's on the menu for Sri Lanka if that pact was signed!!Dont be a joke!!</blockquote>
