Ok so I have a BOC credit card... I didn't pay for along time and I had to pay Rs. 25,000/-....
One day I received a cheque of Rs. 50,000/- and deposited it into my BOC Joint current account.
I gave out a cheque for Rs. 45,000/- to a company and guess what happened.... The BOC credit card division without my authorization has pulled out money from the joint current account...(Rs. 10,000) so my cheque bounced.
I didn't even bother complaining because BOC is such a bad credit card company.
