I disagree, I think that LTTE got into terms with these foreign governments later on, when it was expanding its terrorist activities, specially on arms-trade. Talkiing about Soviet Russia, it has been a successful economy since its inception, despite a few minor downfalls. So, would you agree with me, that such an economic system is wise to adopt, and doing so to SL wil bring prosperity massively to the economy and its people?</blockquote>
