What the post is about the Economic System of Sri Lanka...

Basically there are two types of economic systems:

1 . Social / Command / Communism Economies

2 . Free market economies

Many economies world-wide, use a combination of both Free market and Socialist economies in practice, well known as the Mixed Economy

but as we see, the war in sri lanka and sri lanka its self is influence by both Amerika and China.
the great difrence is that China is not lie to sri lanka and is a great support of Lanka goverment against terrorism.
all so China wil not change Sri Lanka's way of life, our traditions our customs.
Amerika wants to make from sri lanka a pro-western based country, change our ways of living in to their western thinking.

I always believe in Command economic systems, or in other words the Left wing.

Like China, these economies have prooved successful very well... it is true that they have to be slightly adjusted to fit the economy but overall the whole concept should be maintained. For example Russia, thats a model economy to me.

So, it coulod be applied to SL too. This country is an extremely gifted country (Factually)...

Have you ever heard of a man dying out of hunger in SL? Never, it cannot happen due to the country's nature.

Having a country like this, combined with some good brains, adminstraton, devicing strategies and economic approaches can make this country one of the strongest economies in the world.

This is not just an opinion of mine, this has a base of truthful facts

and the west know that in 1948 after second world war, sri lanka has the strongest economie in asia with both rusia and jappan suffering from the war.
back then Sri lanka was leftwing thinking and anti west because we had just get our freedom.
it is that reason that the west was get involved with the creation and support of LTTE against goverment.
in that same time soviet rusia was an ally of goverment and still is.
how ever the west often change their policy, sovjet rusia and china is not.

Now I'll tell you where you got me wrong, did I approve the practices of JVP? I DONT...they have totally faked the real concept of communism, just for the hype that they experienced during their days...they arent practising the real communism at all...they are just actors and muppets of wealth in the economy

Talkig about UNP, it had a mixed economy outlook, where it was more towards Free market...but did they ever practise their concepts properly? secondly, did I say it si a success either?

Russia is was a post left-wing country its not anymore they arent liberal in anyway but they are less socialist than they were in the past they are a super power now but they arent much boasting about it like US thats because its not the economy they are aiming they are aiming the country's stability not just economy. lets see how economy based countries fall due to the on going recession if russians declare an attack to US(because they hate US for what they did in cold war) US wont get out of that US is having threats from soviet typhoons, even in the present

Talking about the LTTE, it was an issue that came up long after SL got its independance...LTTE started to emerge during the late 1960's if I am correct. Actually I did not get the last bit of your post...are you saying that LTTE was a brainchild of foreign sources, where the Americans helped them? I disagree, I think that LTTE got into terms with these foreign governments later on, when it was expanding its terrorist activities, specially on arms-trade.

Talkiing about Soviet Russia, it has been a successful economy since its inception, despite a few minor downfalls. So, would you agree with me, that such an economic system is wise to adopt, and doing so to SL wil bring prosperity massively to the economy and its people?

the west has in the past from 1948 until the 80's helpt create the LTTE by helping the conflict between sinhalese and tamil that has begun because of the britisch when they ocupied Sri Lanka.
and when Sri Lanka's politics change in the favor of rightwing west party's
the west told here in the west to everyone that the LTTE are terrorist.
but before that when Sri Lanka was a Leftwing country, the west told here that the LTTE are freedom fighters, and that sinhalese are bad
