The amount of time that they will take to fully restore will be smaller to say if you talked in terms of Decades. And be careful when you say your points, make sure you present them clearly, in the sense, you said the West was the creator of the LTTE, well it is indirectly, but not fully, and you cannot say that if you fully revise all of your statements.</blockquote>
