These arent new these things happend in the past we call tamil people "dhemala" or "demellu" there is no POLITE noun in sinhala to call to a tamil man than "dhemala miniha" or "dhamilaya" ...but muslims, catholics and burger people have polite nouns why? and even the word "dhemala" means enemy in sinhala i dont know you knew that, the reason for this was that tamils are invaders from persia(not from india). There were some respectable invaders who were respected as an enemy by the ancient sinhala kings one is Elaara who was most respected by king dutugamunu. Thats the whole thing if people want to live in peace both sides MUST take this in to their minds and tamils have to understand just because this is the country they live in it is not where they originated thats all if all understand that peace will be there if not the fighting will continueone is for sure as i've read the history of the sinhalese there are very few defeats(not conspiracies, like US did to Russia) in war history of sinhalese and very few attacks from the sinhalese, this is based on the sinhala scripts but I think its true when it comes to the present situation of war, LTTE was the strongest terror org. dont under estimate that</blockquote>
