A letter to JVP exposes the betrayal at Beragala camp
(Lanka-e-News, 2008 April 23, 12.15 PM) Former JVP activist Sampath Dimuthu Ketipearachchi, writing a letter to JVP leader Somawansa Amarasinghe, says that current JVP politburo member Vijitha Herath in 1989 went in masks and Army uniform to arrest one Bandara whose apprehension led to the first correct information to the hideout of late JVP leader Rohana Wijeweera.
Mr. Ketipearachchi sent this letter on 2008 April 22, addressing all members of JVP politburo and the armed section.
Mr. Ketipearachchi has informed the JVP leader that he would expose all information he kept secret so far in the name of the party, if justice was not provided according to party conscience.
