Will this war end after the LTTE?

I think the war will never be over until all of us speak Tamil and Tamils have a country which is the woond inside every Tamil...

I think there will be another LTTE like group of people who will attack us to get the country they want... to join up with Tamil Nadu and then to have there Tamil Kingdom "Eelam".

I believe in this mostly because I believe that most of the Tamil who are said to be innocent civilians are actually LTTE carders in civil cloths who will act to save there life. But soon once these people have there freedom what stops them from restarting this issue all over again?

If Tamils didn't hate us so much there wouldn't be a LTTE in the first place. Its not like Sinhalese said "I want you to kill us".

It is/was not as simple as that my friend. anyway lets talk about the future not the past.

My opinion is that we should first finish off LTTE s military power, then move to political solutions swiftly, As with Karuna.

Moving From military operations to Political solution won't happen overnight, or in Just a year or two. It might take 5-10 years and I don't expect a smooth process either. Changing the attitude/way of thinking of the People takes time, I'm Talking about Sinhalese+Tamil+Muslims here...NOT TAMIL ALONE!!

Incidents will occur within this process, If you have studied other civil wars you will see that. And as humans we tend to resist new changes whether they are good or bad. The Government has a big role to play.

But ...PEACE is possible. It's Not far. Have hope.

But their mission will continue as another Organisation because the REAL HEADS of LTTE are not in Wanni nor Sri Lanka.

Their mission for making a separate country for Tamils can't be expected to be over. The next victim might be India, Malaysia, Fiji or again Sri Lanka
