NFF launched a protest campaign with the support of Sri Lankan government against UN general secretary Ban Ki-Moon in front of UN head quarters in Geneva yesterday. However, a very few people had participated in the campaign say reports.
According to reports only about 60 people had been present by 3.00 p.m.. Even these protesters had participated under the influence of Sri Lankan Embassies in Europe. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs had granted financial assistance to accomplish the program.
