setup box එකෙන් continue කරන්නවත් දෙන්නේ නැත්නම්,

1. right-click on .exe or .msi file
2. go to properties
3. select "Run compatibility troubleshooter"
4. choose "the previous version of windows" option or a specific version such as Windows 7/XP
5. then apply settings & re-install

setup එකෙන් program එක install වෙනවා, ඒත් open වෙන්නේ නැත්නම්,

1. Click on the Desktop shortcut & select "open file location"
2. you'll see the .exe or .msi file
3. go to properties
4. select "Run compatibility troubleshooter"
5. choose "the previous version of windows" option or a specific version such as Windows 7/XP
6. then apply settings & continue, (no re-install required)
