machnla..mama computer 1 shutdown kalama shutdown wennet ne...restart kalam aka wennet ne... switch user gihin shutdown kalama tama turn off wenna....wtz the problem? pls help me to repair this...

this could be a virus infection

1 st of all

goto start>run>type
shutdown -s -f -t 00
to shutdown
shutdown -r -f -t 00

restart

-s = Shutdown
-f =FORCE
-t = time
-r =resstart

Virus Attak ekek wage thamai. Tuneup 2009 dala, Reg DEFRAG karala balanna.

Method eka nam maru But it can Destroy Driver Files(**.cat) Bcoz it Forced 2 Unlock Hardwares. Sometimes it will show BSOD.

I am strongly recommend you to not to use any 3rd party software's

according to you shutdown is working if you do the switch user.
so create new windows account and try to do the shutdown with that account.
if it is working , use that account.

please use administrator account only for administrative tasks othewise create non-admin account and use when you r browsing the web

viruses cant do harm on pc using non-admin accounts.

if you need please remove -f from above command

machn I also tried with TUNEUP . it shows that error...but it is not repair ..

I created another account ..also I logged with this...& I tried to shutdown & I also treid to restart.... but still not wrking...
