windows vista help

hi all , I need a serious help over here.
This is the first time that I install windows Vista.

Right now it says that it will stop functioning after week time. That activation
problem. What can I do to this. I have downloaded and installed the windows
vista bill gates edition. Where to find the activation crack or somewhat for this ?

I googled but unable to find any ? Is anybody using windows vista ?????
please help me . how to activate this and do the crack ?
