I'm starting up a joint Australian - Sri Lankan organisation and in need of some local talent.

If you are interested, send us your CV on [email protected]
Attach some of your work as examples or provide reference links to websites etc. to prove your capability.
Interviews will be held in early May in Colombo.

For the people who doesn't know me personally:
I'm a project management / infosec consultant, University lecturer/ marker and also the Vice Chairman of the South Australian chapter of Australian Computer Society (Young IT).

OK. This is the operational approach:

When I have an Australian client who require a website or a similar project:
- Our team here in Australia will develop the concept
- The concept will be sent to you
- You have to estimate the number of hours you need in order to complete the job
- After obtaining approval for your estimation you have to complete the job as expected
- Upon submitting your outcome you will be paid according to your estimated number of hours + a bonus for exceptional outcomes

So, as you can see, there is a significant level of 'trust' involved in this working arrangement. That's why I want to interview you personally over the next few weeks if you are interested and shortlisted.
