Same applies here. Rock bottom is the quick finisher. But not his original finisher. It's called the 'People's elbow' and I don't think that it does any damage to the opponent Just a show off I guess

Rock used several finishers.
The shoulder drop, the sharpshooter, and the rock bottom.
The Peoples elbow was usually followed by the rock bottom as the finisher.
