DHL take your stuff to customs and they get you the duty charge themselves and ask you to pay.So cutoms charge you the full amout.Solution is tell dhl that u do not want to pay.Ask them to send the item back.Then contact the seller and ask them to -re-ship the item by normal/register parcel post,Not TNT/DHL or FEDEX</p></blockquote><p></p>
