I would say PS4 because I have only played PS4 / PC. But it would really come down to the exclusive games available for each platform.

Thanks machan. PS4 is already released and costs around 50,000 JPY. But, I can buy PS4 for just around 20,000 JPY.

Then get the PS4 machan. The pro version is not a lot different unless you have a 4K TV or plan to play PS VR.
