Just install yahoo messenger 8 or later then install this patch over it ,after that u can open as much as u want just by clicking the -Y!Multi Messenger- icon on your desktop.

also there is way for multiple gtalk at once

1 create a shortcut of gtalk in the desktop
2 go to properties in that shortcut
3 then type this end of the taget " /nomutex "
