Max is around 60 kbps with an Accelator..... ( 512 connection ) - IN Matale arena

but my office ( In col ) friends r ( They r living around colombo ) getting 100- 120 kbps with an accelerator..
What's the reason

min=0 KB/s. max=64KB/s (sometimes it goes to 102KB/s. midnight. thats the max i ever got.)

when i was using rapishere client once my speed went up to 91KB s but the normal downloading speed is something around 50 KB....
by da way i don't know why but when i'm using "ubuntu linux" my internet is much more faster than when i'm using XP.
